在工裝定做之后，我們都要停止工裝質量的檢驗，那麼應該怎樣檢驗工裝定做的質量呢？

1、外觀的要求

我們要察看工裝能否外觀比擬劃一潔凈，能否有線頭號，還要察看線條和面料之間能否堅持分歧，反省任務服的質地，面料顏色等等，進而在這一方面保證了任務服的質量。

工裝定做的線要與布料相順應，包括色澤、質地、牢度、縮水率等方面。鈕扣的色澤應與布料色澤相等。而且應保證工裝的劃一、平伏，折疊規矩，左右對稱，各部位熨燙平整，無漏燙，無死褶，無線頭、無紗毛，各部位契合標準需求。

尺寸是公司工裝定做反省的規范，既然是量體定做，自然要求比購置的成衣要更合體，穿著舒適，合適崗位作業需求，寬松過度重要。工裝的大小能否和其標的碼數分歧。這一要求要失掉滿足，否則任務人員穿上會感到不舒適。確保工裝防止呈現過大或過小，否則間接影響客戶的用戶體驗。
