工作服布料進廠后要進行數量清點以及外觀和內在質量的檢驗，只有符合服裝廠生產要求的才能投入生產。好的質量是控制成品醉重要的一環，通過對廠商布料的檢驗，測定有效的提高服飾的正品率，布料檢驗包括粘合襯粘合牢度，拉鏈順滑程度，松緊帶縮水率等等，對不符合要求的布料退掉或不予生產使用。

在工作服批量生產前，技術人員要做好生產前的技術準備工作。技術準備包括工藝單、樣板的制定和樣衣的制作三個內容。工藝單是服裝加工中的指導性文件，它對服裝的縫制、規格、包裝、整燙等都提出了詳細的要求，對服裝輔料搭配、縫跡密度等細節問題也加以明確，服裝加工中的各道工序都應嚴格參照工藝單的要求進行，樣板制作要求尺寸準確，規格齊全。相關部位輪廓線準確吻合。樣板上應標明服裝款號、部位、規格及質量要求，并在有關拼接處加蓋樣板復合章。在完成工藝單和樣板制定工作后，可進行小批量樣衣的生產，針對客戶和工藝的要求及時修正不符合點，并對工藝難點進行攻關，以便大批量流水作業順利進行。工作服樣衣經過客戶確認簽字后成為重要的檢驗依據之一。

Non conformities can be corrected in a timely manner according to customer and process requirements, and process difficulties can be tackled to facilitate smooth large-scale assembly line operations. After being confirmed and signed by the customer, the work uniform sample becomes one of the important inspection criteria.

三、裁剪

技術人員對工作服裁剪前，要先根據樣板繪制出排料圖，"合理、完整、節約"是排料的基本原則。

服裝通過整燙使其外觀平整、尺寸準足。熨燙時在衣內套入襯板使產品保持一定的形狀和規格，襯板的尺寸比成衣所要求的略大些，以防回縮后規格過小，熨燙的溫度一般控制在180℃~200℃之間較為，不易燙黃、焦化。
